1) Hit Windows + R and type "regedit.exe"
2) Expand : HKEY_Local_Machine.
3) Expand "SOFTWARE"
4) Expand "Microsoft"
5) Expand "Windows NT"
6) Expand "Current Version"
7) Open "Winlogon" (don't expand)
8) Look to the right (List of registry keys) and click on "SHELL"
9) A small window should pop up, look for "Value Data"
10) In the text box below type: "explorer.exe"
11) click OK.
12) Then close it and restart. =)
